When the TV was bought (55in Samsung), we lived together(still do but seperating now). Now we are breaking up and trying to divy things up. She bought me a TV to stop smoking in the house. I also gave her my old TV (40in Samsung) in return. She told me then that it was mine and was a gift, now she denies that. I tried paying her back for it and she wouldnt take the money. Now she wants the TV.

So my question is this.... She paid for it, but was a gift. It was bought in my name but with her debit card. It is registered to me through Samsung. Who owns it and the other (maybe) obvious question is, how do I prove it was a gift?

I have 2 kids and i want to be able to disable youtube from being used on xbox live. The filter on the youtube app itself is useless cause they can just change that themselves. Erasing the app is also useless cause they will just download it again. Is there a way to disable the stream to the xbox through the router maybe? something along that line or whatever. thanks.

I am sharing some of my files on my homegroup with my kids who have XBOX360's and on the XBOX's they can view a file "C:\$Recycle.Bin" and in it has stuff they can not see. I searched for the file on my PC and can not find it to delete the contents of that folder. What do i do? How do i unshare that folder? The "C"\ drive" is not shared, only selected folders. Any help please?

its walmart.com. and its actually just one page of walmart.com? its the main page of the blu ray disc movies section. i have it bookmarked/favorites and whenever i go to it, the page loads and then constantly refreshes. i can not do anything on it and it sucks. other pages on walmart.com works but not that one. any ideas?

i am on TIER 2 of EUC. i am allowed to collect $4000 for 14 weeks. i got a part time job that pays more than my partial benefit credit allows me to have while earning my full weekly benefit rate, will i be able to collect the total of $4000 for longer than 14 weeks? And if so will i be able to collect TIER 3 after Tier 2 runs out because this is a seasonal job that will lay me off at the end of October. I wanna try to extend my benefits so that i will be able to collect through the winter so that when March comes i can go full time and be done with it all.

i have done everything in the world possible to play these files and they wont play. they did for a litttle bit then nothing. i went through my PC and started to delete programs that werent used and i erased all the restore points. i have downloaded every codec pack i could find and nothing. VLC player wont play them. help help help. i used gspot to find out what codec was used and of course the codec was unknown...big freakin surprise. every player i got wont recognize it. i got 2 file converters that wont recognize them either. WTF is going on?

All a sudden WMP 12 (Windows 7) will not play my .avi videos? it played the other day and now nothing. i downloaded and then erased every codec pack i could find and still nothing? anybody have any ideas on what to do here?

i tried the klite, media player, cccp, xvid and divx codec packs and nothing.

I deleted all my restore points before i noticed they would not play anymore so thats out of the question unless someone knows how to recover them which i am almost positive you can't do anyways.

all i want to do is play .avi files. all a sudden when i click on a .avi file an error message appears and says to reinstall nero. i dont have nero and what does that have to do with it anyways? i installed k-lite codec pack and still nothing? PLEASE someone help me with this. .avi files wont play on Realplayer or Divx either? what is going on?

I want to make it that IE9 doesnt record my browsing history at all. Basically so that if i visit a website, i cant go into the favorites tab then to history and find the website i visited 3 days ago. i want to make it so that nothing ever appears in there. is there a way to do it?

All a sudden the last 2 days I can't connect to the xbox.com website on IE9 ? I can on Firefox so what happened with it on IE9 ?

I have a Dell Dimension 2400 i am trying to get up and running for a 2nd PC for the kids. The problem is that after like 5-10 minutes the screen turns blank? The diagnostic lights on the back of the PC are all green when it turns on but when the screen goes out the lights go all off (no color). And the power button light on the front of the PC turns and stays orange/amber (It is green before the monitor goes blank).

Now after the lights go out on the back and there is no screen on, the power supply fan is still turning and so is the heat fan or whatever you wanna call it on the back of the tower.

Is this the power supply that went kaboom? any ideas would help alot....thanks!

I just want to get one from a place i know its not gonna take 2 months to get it. I certainly dont want one from China. So where do i get one thats reliable and doesnt sell knock-offs? I dont wanna cross the $20 limit but if i must i guess i will.

I usually use IE8. on some websites, IE8 wont show buttons to order items and the login bars where you type in your username, etc. An example is walmart.com. when i click on a product and want to order it. there is no information there to click on a button to order it? if i use Firefox or Chrome...its there? What is going on? anybody have any ideas?

in Pennsylvania: I got fired from walmart. after that i cashed out my 401k. it was only worth $900. i took a cashout and received like $420. now i moved since then and they dont have my address and i tried calling but they cant/wont help. do i get a w-2 form or whatever from Merryl Lynch who paid me my 401k? do i report it at all? where do i report on my tax return?
