How much jail time will be served?
My friend got 4 to 23 months in jail and 4 years probation for drunk driving and fleeing from police. Anybody know about how much time he will serve in the state of Pennsylvania?

4-23 moths in jail. he has to serve 4 months before he can be released. if he stays out of trouble he can get out. they can make him serve the whole 23 months though. once released he has to see a probation officer for 4 years and attend AA classes and stay out of trouble. if he violates, he will have to go back to jail.
