Anybody know about how much jail time could be served for these infractions ?

They are : fleeing authorities, drunken driving, recklessly endangering another person and cruelty to animals.

Pennsylvania. Second DUI but the first was like 10 years ago....probably wont be able to be used as a second offense!

    Yes, the second DUI won't count as a second if it's longer than 7 years.

    But I sincerely hope you go for a couple years which is probable. You sound like pure scum.

    fleeing and eluding is a felony...drunk driving is a felony...reckless endangerment is a felony....and cruelty to animals um not sure but micheal vick got a year for dat lol...ur dealing with 3 felonyz..most likely da state is goin to drop 2 to 3 charges and try to hit u with some jail time for the most serious charge..which is drunk drivving or feeling and eluding

    Get yourself a good lawyerBut the DUI iisn't cant be beat. I lived in your State I had to get out Couldn't afford to live there.
