IE8 wont show buttons and login bars?

I usually use IE8. on some websites, IE8 wont show buttons to order items and the login bars where you type in your username, etc. An example is walmart.com. when i click on a product and want to order it. there is no information there to click on a button to order it? if i use Firefox or Chrome...its there? What is going on? anybody have any ideas?

Update:

i did try Restore Advanced Settings in Internet Options...didnt work.

    Click on Tools - Options - Advance - Restore advance settings - Reset - Apply - Ok

    i think some programing file may be missing or corrupt so now u can't do any thing besides reinstallation....ok
