If you ever had Nero installed you would have a Nero plugin in WMP. Go to Tools, Options, Plugins, if Nero is there remove it. Search your computer for any Nero programs/folders to remove. Nero doesn't uninstall entirely in Control Panel, you need to use their CleanTool to completely remove all traces.
