EUC in PA partial benefits question?

i am on TIER 2 of EUC. i am allowed to collect $4000 for 14 weeks. i got a part time job that pays more than my partial benefit credit allows me to have while earning my full weekly benefit rate, will i be able to collect the total of $4000 for longer than 14 weeks? And if so will i be able to collect TIER 3 after Tier 2 runs out because this is a seasonal job that will lay me off at the end of October. I wanna try to extend my benefits so that i will be able to collect through the winter so that when March comes i can go full time and be done with it all.

Update:

My maximum amount of TIER 2 i may recieve is $4000 which represents 14 times my my weekly benefit rate. Now can i collect say the full $4000 over a course of say 25 weeks or is it that i can claim TIER 2 for a maximum of 14 weeks no matter how much of that $4000 i claim?

It's a maximum of 14 weeks. This is Oregon but they're pretty similar everywhere.

if the rules say you can collect $4000 for 14 wks, that's exactly what it means

if you collect more than that it is not effective
