Can someone please tell me what are the well recognized IT, Computer science or Computer engineering undergraduate degrees in India?

My brother was given a list of over 200 scholarship offering universities to choose three courses from. We checked the websites but most sites don't have the course curriculum. Therefore it's a bit difficult to choose one.

Ok...first I thought Tobi is Obito...but then he revealed himself as Madara Uchiha...

And now Kabuto has resurrected Madara...so Tobi cannot be Madara...

So then who really is he?

I have no new guesses other than going back to my old idea...

I think in the early manga episodes when Kabuto showed Tobi four caskets with Hokages in them (we didn't see who was in the fourth one...) Madara was in the fourth casket...

So Tobi decided to liaison with Kabuto...

Plus Tobi only had one sharingan all these years...other eye was always hidden by the mask...

We now only see his left eye which is a rinnegan that he stole from Nagato...

If somehow Obito survived that crash ages ago (some say bcz of zetsu..)..then he would have only one sharingan, too...since he gave one to Kakashi...

Earlier when Kabuto showed Tobi four caskets with Hokages in them as a peace offering, we didn't see who was in the fourth one...

I think Madara was in the fourth casket...

So Tobi decided to liaison with Kabuto thinking of Madara's resurrection...

But I have no idea what would be the reason Obito want this war...it might be bcz of the Uchiha massacre...but who knows???

It's clear that he wants all the Biju for some reason...only doubt is why?

Some say Tobi is Orochimaru....but I don't think Pein would have ever followed him as a leader in Akatsuki if Tobi was Orochimaru..

Plus Orochimaru was scared of Itachi...thus he fled Akatsuki early days...

And Tobi was already running around like a wacko while Orochimaru was teaching Sasuke and was very much alive...

But I don't think Orochimaru is dead...he is too much weird to be dead... xD

He must be somehow alive inside Kabuto in a totally creepy way... :-ss

My mum has accidentally spilt a whole JUG of water on it while it was TURNED ON... :"(

She has unplugged it thinking that it'll cut off the power (She's not familiar with laptops)....But since it didn't do anything she screamed out for me...

By the time I'm back the screen was going off and showing static continuesly.... :-<

Even I couldn't turn it off by pressing on the power button so I immediately took off the battery..And turned it over ...

I'm still holding it upside down and drying it with a dryer.... :(

I don't think my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad G560) is spill resistant.. :-s

I have a layered wavy hair which lies between the shoulders & the waist.

It's sort of oily in the roots and normal to the tips.

It's doesn't tangled or get frizzy but it's not a fine, lying flat on the head kind of hair either..

It's quite thick & gets very voluminous..

It's healthy (no split ends/ dandruff/ lice..etc)

I haven't done any kind of salon treatments to my hair ever...such as coloring, perm, rebond...etc [Not allowed yet :( ]

I always take an umbrella or wear a cap when I go out.

I do not brush it vigorously =D

So my hair is pretty much non damaged.

Nevertheless about its condition I take care of it well.

I use a mild shampoo suitable for everyday usage & a thick conditioner.

I message my head everyday for about 5-10 minutes when I bathe.

I apply a damage repair mask & a hot oil treatment to my hair once a week.

If I go out I also apply a leave in conditioner.

Furthermore I constantly cut it since it grows fast.

I bought a hair multistyler recently & didn't start to use it yet.

In one of MichellePhan's hair tutorials she said if we want the curls to hold for a long time we should apply less products to the hair.

She also said that it's ok to apply heat protective spray to the hair if we want but what she does is deep conditioning the hair prior to the curling process.

So my question is;

If I only curl/straight my hair about several times a month (3-4 times) then do I need to use a lot of heat protection products on my hair?

Will deep conditioning the hair before I curl/straight would be enough?

If I definitely need to apply heat protective stuff, then what are your recommendations? creams? sprays?gels?

Which brands? drugstore? high end?

It should be a brand available to buy in Sri Lankan stores/supermarkets..etc since I cant do online purchases... :(

Btw this is the second time I post this question since I didn't get answers last time.

Can anyone recommend me a good master’s programme which is internationally recognized in the field of computer science/IT?

It should be from one of the following countries or regions - USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia or Europe.

It should allow work-study (full time work) for international students.

It should provide work permit after the study period. (atleast 2 years)

It doesn’t matter whether it’s a government or a private university

Master's programme is for my fiance.

He is a graduate of BSc in IT (Hons) in Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology & is currently following a Msc in IT in the same institute (1st year completed).

Furthermore he has successfully completed following professional examinations.

MCP

MCTS - .NET Framework 2.0 Web application development

MCTS - .NET Framework 3.5 WPF application development

SCJP - jdk 1.4.1

He (27) is working as a Senior Software Engineer (C#.NET) in a Norway based company here in Sri Lanka.

He has 3 & 1/2 years of experience including on-site experience in Norway.

The University of Advancing Technology (USA) has offered him to follow any one of the four Msc(IT) programmes they have with full time job opportunity & two years after-study work permit.

But the cost is little high than we expected.

It's about Rs.5200000/=

So I'm trying to find out another university which offers the same with a little less expense. :-s

Can someone help me plz? :-??
