Can someone please tell me what are the well recognized IT, Computer science or Computer engineering undergraduate degrees in India?

My brother was given a list of scholarship offering universities to choose three courses from. We checked the websites but most sites don't have the course curriculum. Therefore it's a bit difficult to choose one.
