any ways to transfer my salary to my boss?
I'm an H1b holder, the company I work for has a hard time because of Covid.
Yesterday, my boss told me he wouldn't hire me, but he's quite nice, he gives me 2 months to find another job.
During this time, he still pays me a salary to make sure my H1b status works, but I'll pay him back in another way.
It means he allows me to be employed, but I don't earn a salary.
I'd like to know legal ways I can pay him back.

An H1B visa is valid only while you continue to work. The status doesn't work if you aren't working and aren't earning your pay. If you do what you are considering, then it will be illegal for you to remain in the U.S. I don't know if you'll get caught, but you will be an illegal alien.

The regulations in the US may be different than where you are from.
You work you get paid. As an H1B visa holder, your employer can't pay you less your DOL documentation rate.
If you aren't working your employer can continue to pay you, but they can't turn around and ask for the money back.
You have 60 days from the end of your employment to find new H1B employment or you are required to your country.
- If your employer has agreed to pay you for 2 months, this gives you 4 months to find employment.
