I am currently working for a small proprietorship company in India for last 3 months.I will be in probation period for 6 months.My salary was fixed and I'll be getting some performance bonus at the end of 3months.

Last 2 months they paid my salary only for working days,like they didn't pay for my Sundays.Office timings are 9 1/2 hrs everyday and I'm not getting any overtime benefits also.I'm not under any contract basis,I have been appointed as their regular employee.

Is this legally correct and where should I complain about their illegal practices.

Why in India where abundance of sunlight is available,but not many people opting for solar energy?Is it expensive?Fuel for vehicles also expensive even then we are ready to spend for it.Then why we are hesitate to spend on solar energy?

If solar energy can be stored in batteries,then we can use those batteries to public usage like street lights,public transports,taxi's,hospitals,offices etc...

Why government is not interested using solar energy for mass consumption?What is the role of government in this area? Pl.share your ideas to how and where we can utilize solar power efficiently and economically?

My friend and I bought a land as a joint property.There is no mention about the partition in document.There is no conditions and mentions regarding which part - is to whom.It simply mentioned that owners of the land is these two people.Now she is threatening me that she'll sell the land without my knowledge.When I told, that is not possible in the law.Now she is saying that she'll give the power of attorney of her share (also the land which is to the side of the road, so that the other side of the land will go for lesser money,but it is not mentioned in the document) and get the money.Then I have to sell my land with the person who she has given the power.Is that possible in Indian law?Or can I give power of attorney to some body else.PL help me how can I safeguard my land?

All the village people know the fact that our family is innocent (booked under 14 sections, 302 etc..)Police have harassed the witnesses to report against us.When, they refused, the police is not ready to file the charge sheet as yet(almost after 1.5 yrs).Also, police is demanding a huge bribe(nearly 3 lakhs) from us.We have sent a complaint to the DGP of tamilnadu,India but in vain.The case is filed in tamilnadu,India.

I am booked under a fabricated(false) case (in 14 sections). Together,the complainant and the police together have done the damage (by arresting at odd hrs,giving false information to the media etc.) to my reputation in the society.I am totally innocent. Please advice.
