the question about napkins ! you should put them in a palstic bag and tie the bag securly simply because of the health hazard it may have do not put with recycling stuff dispose of them in the general waste that goes to landfill if you put them in recycling they will come back to you saying stop putting them in or may warn you about it

you dont ,they wont recycle pads.its best to send them to landfill and let them decompose
