1991 Volvo Turbo Station Wagon 940?

Usually we get questions without make, model, and year. Now we have make, model, and year with no question.

If you are asking whether you should buy it, the answer is "no." The 740/940 series had a lot of reliability problems, nearly all with expensive solutions. My 1985 765T died of injuries at age 25 but by then I had fixed many dozens of problems at no small expense. (At least the 1991 doesn't have the infamous biodegradable wiring harnesses!) At age 27 I would expect that vehicle to be in its final throes and parts will still be outrageously expensive.

Replace the fuel pump relay, it's bad.

I wouldnt. Turbos can be expensive to overhaul when they start failing. Plus they cause acceleration lag when they arent well maintained.
