If you don't know then you're probably not qualified to be a lawyer.

I question the "lawyer" theory based on the questions, but a law firm is usually a starting place "to get a job."

Any non profit legal help agency. After that the public defenders office. If a new lawyer cannot get jobs in either of those places that new lawyer should do what a lot of new lawyers do...become a barista because the market is oversaturated with lawyers.

Pointless question because you are obviously not a lawyer.
There are many different kinds of attorneys and they have vastly different career paths. An immigration attorney is not a tax attorney is not an employment law attorney.
