How can you be happy without hope? Patience comes from intelligence & without love in your heart, you might as well be dead. A smile does wonders for a person, also a smile is very contagious. I don't think there is any one who is not complaining about the state of this virus & all the isolation.  Isolation alone can cause this.  You are not alone, the whole world is turned upside down.  Millions of people all over the world has this same thing happening.
