    Classes in anger management could do the trick. Over the long term, yoga and meditation will make you more patient and calmer in general.

    Tole on some Top Shelf Bud.  Zookies is an excellent strain at the present. You will get Total Anger Management with minimal loss of focus while using the Zookies Strain. Has a very tasty flavor as well. I'm an angry person and this has helped me tremendously.
