after 3 years i finally found the courage to quit my job, was it the right move ?

If you hated your job and quit, then it was the right move. I hope you have another one lined up.

It doesn't sound smart. Quitters seldom gain anything. Why did you quit? Did you forget, that if it was fun, they wouldn't have to pay you? Who is going to support you now? The unemployment rate is high. You won't find another job.
