>Open Photo In Photoshop
>Choose Move/Select Tool (First tool having arrow icon)
>Press CTRL+T (If Photo Layer Is Locked Then Go To Window Menu>Choose Layers>Double Click on Lock icon With Your Photo Layer and Click Ok)
>Now You Can Resize It. If You will keep pressing shift button while resizing then you can resize it aspected ratio :)

1.)select a image, Press Ctl + T. a boundary with pointers appear around the image, use them to re-size image.
2. Go to view menu ---> go on image ----> re-size ---> put dimensions in pixols, inches.

just simply select your whole image by select tool and then select move tool and click on show transformations and then adjust it as u required
i have attached an image watch it and try !!!!!!!!
