MS Word 07: How to change colour of some texts?

Is there a way to change the colour of all specific texts in a document? For example, I want to change all the texts that are in brackets ( ) to green. How can I do that without selecting each word?

attempt writing the papers up first then putting the photos later on. That way each little thing is already formatted the type you prefer and putting the photos will basically push issues down.
