    She's 69, 2 and a half years removed from breast cancer treatments, and hardly ever exercises. She needs motivation, but I don't know how to motivate her.

    It's been a long *** times since I've had sex, and no lie, sometimes I'm desperate. It's been three damn years and my *** only been with one guy. Don't even think I'm ready to date after my shitty ex, nor am I something I like yet. I definitely gained weight after some crap I was put through, so hence fat.     My girlfriend whos 5ft 3in tall last year weighed roughly 115 lbs but as the year went on she slowly gained weight to her current weight of 138 lbs. The thing I noticed was the symptoms of an under active thyroid, I took the intitive because I was scared once I read what could have happened.     All I have is a 20lb dumbbell. 

    Should I just hang my legs off my bed and do hyperextensions? 

    Good Mornings? 

    Explosive good mornings (just slightly bent, with a pyometric jump - like a pogo jump)?

    Or swings (like with a keytlebell)?

    Also, do you think I should do them explosively, or with a time under tension method? Should I do it for as many as reps as possible?

    My body looks pretty similar to the before and i’d like to achieve the after. As you can see I’m what is called “skinny fat.” I have a normal weight (121 lbs) but I carry a lot of fat in my midsection and thighs. I do not workout much and I haven’t eaten very healthy. I want to workout and eat healthy but I don’t know where to begin. I’m not sure if I should cut calories or eat at maintenance since I’m more looking to lose fat rather than weight.
