think about it like this If you have a run down hotel full of shitcunts that wont pay any rent that keep running up the bills there comes a point when you have to turn the utility's off and leave.
Verizon has probably decided to mine bitcoin or something else instead of wasting resources on yahoo answers

Get it straight. You won't be able to enter questions or answers after
April 20, 2021. Between April 21 and May 4 , you can only look at it.
So it is really done on April 20.
As people have been saying, money is the main reason.
Yahoo Answers has not been making enough money for Verizon
to justify keeping it going according to the management of Verizon.
