Would you feel safe travelling internationally by July if you've gotten the COVID vaccine?

No. And it has to do with a lot more aspects than safety. The main safety concern is information on new strains and the vaccine. But other issues like, I book a flight and the airline cancels it with no refunds. Or the place I am going to decides to put in curfews , or shut down entertainment and restaurants. Or you have to quarantine when you arrive, or quarantine when you get back, at your own expense. Or the I want to cancel based on such changes and the hotel isn't flexible.

Depending on the country, I would feel safe without one. Whether the country would let me in to the places I wanted to go is an different story.
