Why do envelopes print perfectly using my Macintosh, but don’t print at all with my windows computer? ?
I have tried printing envelopes using pages (Macintosh word processor) and they work perfectly.
Whenever I try using my windows computer and print envelops using ms word or word perfect, it just feeds in the envelope, pauses for a minute and the paper feed light flashes on printer and then I press the paper feed light and it just rolls out the blank envelope. The envelope never prints at all.

likely the page size for the word processor on the windows pc needs to be carefully set using 'custom' settings
