seems like every day is a Saturday or even Sunday on the roadways...how true where you are and why you think this is?

They are back to normal here but I have no idea what they are like in other states.

Nope. Everyone just slaps on a cloth mask that any microbiologist knows is less than 2% effective and it's business as usual.
