Is it normal for people to have one eye that appears smaller (or is squintier) when smiling in photos?
Because my left eye looks rly small compared to my right...

Facial asymmetry is very common . Unless your face is one of the few that is perfectly symmetrical, it's not unusual for your facial features, including your eyes, to appear uneven. Most of the time, uneven eyelids are a cosmetic concern rather than a medical problem.
