    Probably at some point in their lives someone loves even the worst of us.

    Other than some bizarre genetic mutation, possibly, yes.  At first.  But the equipment has to receive nourishment, which means love and emotional connection, from a very early age.  And that does not happen to everyone.  If it does not, we can reach a point of so much damage that being loveable becomes beyond our capability.

    Loveable is a variation spelling of a similar descriptor. It implies something very similar and can be utilized in generally similar settings. It has been utilized from the beginning of time with fluctuating levels of routineness, yet today, it has assumed a lower priority in relation to adorable as the standard spelling in both American and British English.

    No. The idea is to love your neighbor as YOURSELF. That is you are actually loving yourself when you are loving others. Loving other is actually a defensive way to protect yourself.
