Do Mali have a good chance to qualify for the 2022 world cup ?

    They’ll have a job getting passed the established African nations (Morocco, Cameroon, Nigeria, Senegal etc). Those countries have better football infrastructures than Mali does and they have players in the top leagues of Europe.

    We have never seen Mali in a world cup. They have a good team. Is it enough ?

    Reasonable chance. The African qualification system is tough though. The final round is a pure knockout over 2 legs and it all depends on the luck of the draw if they make it that far.

    I think they have a good chance of being the only other first timer team. Qatar of course being the other.
