No one. The company is defunct. Studebaker and Packard merged in the mid-1950's, and Studebaker continued building cars through the mid 1960's.

They stopped production in the 60's, and eventually merged with Worthington Corporation in 1967.

Studebaker closed their factory in South Bend, Indiana in 1963, and built their last automobile from their factory in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1966. The remains of the company and rights to the brand name have been sold or acquired by several other companies since then. The Studebaker brand name appears to have disappeared from the American marketplace in 1979.
