Open up MSCONFIG and see which programs are being loaded during startup. Set all unnecessary programs to not automatically run during startup.
What are you doing that the computer is slow? Gaming? Photo/video editing? If it's slow in general, then you may want to consider backing up all your data and wiping the drive. Then reinstall Windows, your programs and data. I do this every few years and my computer usually has a lot more free space on the drives and runs smoother with fewer issues.
It is possible that your computer is just not capable of the performance that you want. This is very common for those editing photos and even more common for those editing video.
The 32GB of memory you reference in your question is for the computer to use when running programs. This is your RAM and NOT related to the amount of storage space on your drives. Therefore installing more programs (which you don't need to do to speed up your computer) can't affect things unless your hard drives are nearly full, too.
If your hard drive does not have very much space left (less than about 2-3 gigabytes) then that'll slow your computer down, too.
Speaking of hard drives, if your computer does have a hard drive and not a solid state drive (SSD), then upgrade to an SSD which will speed things up especially the time it takes to boot.
If your OS is Windows 10 32-bit, then upgrade to Windows 10 64-bit which will make things run faster.
You've got 32GB of RAM which is more than enough for nearly anything with the possible exception of editing very large videos. Adding more memory (if it's even possible) usually will not improve things, nor will upgrading to faster memory which tests show to have practically no detectable benefits.
I'd also go to the support page of your computer's manufacturer's website. Often companies like Dell or HP will have software that you can install that will do an inspection of your computer to find and fix errors. These troubleshooting apps often will inform you of any drivers that are out of date.
Make sure that all of your drivers are up to date.

I buy a new laptop every 3 years to try to keep up with the latest technology. Old laptops won't modify enough to fix slowness.

Windows 10 is pretty heavy for that amount of storage. Light Linux distributions would be better for such a computer.

Check the specs for your computer. Some have space to add memory - storage space actually. If yours does, add memory. If you don't know how or where, take it to someone who does. They are just little chips that you insert right on top of the existing chips. When you remove the bottom of the laptop, you can see the existing chips. If your computer has a maximum of 32GB, then you are stuck. You will have to put your videos and music on a mobile drive. Removing those will give you more space to work with, but you will have to go to your mobile drive to play music or watch videos. The last alternative - buy a new computer with a terabyte.

What you are doing won't solve your problem.
Do you mean 32GB hard drive?
I don't think that's your main problem, but what you are saying looks like another problem might happen.
I suggest you STOP downloading, and installing stuff on your computer, and you should start deleting stuff.
I don't have the software you mentioned on any of my computers. I don't download a bunch of useless garbage on my computers, and then complain about it afterwards.
My computers work just fine!
Yes, I had the same problem as you when I first was learning how to use computers, but I don't have the same problem as you anymore.

I suspect your Asus Notebook does not have 32 GB of memory. It has 32 GB of storage. two very different things. If the unit only as 32 GB of storage in it, most likely it is an ancient processor and has less than 8 GB of RAM. Those are what are causing the laptop to be so slow. There is no software that can speed those up.
