Service E in 24 days, what does that mean? ?

It popped up in my 2003 Mercedes e350, I'm not sure what it means

There is no such thing as a 2003 e350 but there was the E320 though.  The E350 did not appear until later with the introduction of the M272 V6 engine to replace the M112 V6 engine found in your 2003 E320.

But to answer your question, your next service is due in 24 days.  If you want to know what a service E requires, speak with your local Benz dealer.

It's no doubt explained in your manual.

google gives me this: Since E is 5th letter of alphabet, then Service 5 (60,000 miles or 5 yrs) is what is required (engine compartment (oil change, etc), fuel filter).

Time to read the owner's manual.  Service E (or Service 5) is a maintenance schedule.

    Ask a Mercedes dealer.

Yes - it's such a mystery - they should make some sort of book to go with every car with all that info.
