If they was glow plugs ones the van is warm it still should start ?, machine was saying fuel rail sensors ive changed them still same fault 

Check for bad glow plugs.  Get the battery charged and load tested.  Check for trouble codes with a scanner.  And do NOT use easy start on a diesel.

It could be several dozen different things. Time to take it to a shop for evaluation.
