NO European Cars are typical Rentals for good reason, their Maintenance Costs are way higher than Japanese or American cars.

No, they are not common. Toyota are common rental cars.

They are considered Exotic cars in the USA and have and exotic rental rate. I work for a rental company and they do rent a lot of exotics, Land Rovers, Mercedes, Tesla, Maserati, Stingrays, etc.
