Why do you think Argentina sucks?

Funny enough, Lous Van Gaal recently talked about this. In my opinion, the reason Arg struggles is because Messi forces the other players to play his style, nobody can play their game because they always look to pass to Messi. Messi should be the one adapting to the team and not the other way around. They should also look to hire a non-south American coach because all recent have been failures. They need to build a team around one system instead of one player. You disable Messi, you disable Argentina.

They also keep trying the same things instead of doing it differently, If the likes of Higuain, Aguero, etc have been lackluster for the national team, why not give Icardi a chance, why not give a player like Dybala a chance. It was also reported in the last world cup with video proof that Messi and Mascherano were the ones making the decisions, Player power is part of the problem.

1. The Argentinian FA is absolute crap.

2. Management is crap.

3. and now most of the players are crap too, not crap but not good enough, not experienced enough.

Add all those things up and you get a crap team, Messi is the only thing holding that team together, people criticize Messi so much, but they don't realize that without Messi, Argentina wouldn't even be making the World Cup or the Copa America.

People say oh they have Di maria, they have Aguero, where was Di maria, where is Aguero, they are either injured of they don't show up to the game, why is no one is blaming them, instead they blame the only guy who actually does something for Argentina.

Messi does all the same things that he does for Barcelona, if you watch the games you can see it, the difference is he doesn't have Barcelona type players at Argentina to contribute, Messi has to both create the chance and score it because he doesn't get much help. Football is a team sport, you can be the greatest ever but you still need your team to help out, no player however good he is can win 1 v 11,

The big problem of Argentina is the interplay. Messi plays practically alone and has no one to help him in the attack. Di Maria and Aguero are always out at the games.

The lack of will of Messi in the selection of Argentina is evident. He doesn’t play with the same joy, will and determination as he usually does in Barcelona.
