Statue keeps changing color?

I pass by a sculpture at different times of the day. Sometimes it looks more pink, and another time of day it’s looks more maroon. Yet I still think “red sculpture,” that’s color constancy in action.

Sorry, i meant IS THAT COLOR CONSTANCY in action?
