WIFI DISABLED BY MOBILITY CENTRE?

My hp mini laptop wifi does not work? HP CONNRCTION MANAGER SAYS THAT WIFI DISABLED BY MOBILITY CENTRE? HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ? I HAVE WINDOWD 7 STARTER WHICH DO NOT HAVE MOBILITY CENTRE?HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

    Try doing a systems restore

    Start-accessories-system tools-systems restore

    go back to the last time it work correctly
