Problem with my laptop BIOS?

I forget the password of my BIOS of my Dell xps? Now I m unable to start my laptop? I have put the correct password again and again but it is nt starting?

    You can send it into Dell to get the BIOS password reset. OR you can try to short out the BIOS/CMOS by pulling out the battery and jumping the CMOS/BIOS transistors shorting them out. Once that is done, it will reset the BIOS password as you'll lose all custom configs you've done on the BIOS.

    its a hardware issue so you will have to contact a dell service center.
