Take it the authentic service guy. Cost depends on the amount of scratches. If there is a dent with the scratches, tinkering with repaint might be needed which will cost more than a thousand. That again depends on who you take the car to. The authentic guy would have the original metallic/non-metallic paint provided by the company. The local guys won't have the original paint but will do a decent job at a low cost.
