Tattoo question again :P?

I'm getting a Tattoo (the word "victory") on the inside of my left foot in a week. It's not gonna be really big or anything..I was wondering whether I could wear shoes after getting the tattoo? It's a size big so it doesn't rub much..I understand it would be painful though. How long should I have to wait to wear a shoe again? And how long will it take to heal? Please give me a link to a good site about the aftercare stuff. Thank you. :)

Yes, you'll be able to wear shoes, actually I encourage you to bring socks and uggs or shoes whatever because after its done, they will cover it for you. It takes around two weeks to heal, and it may be a little itchy, but make sure you are wearing shoes because it is an open wound and can get infected if dirt or other bacteria enterss it.

It'll take probably about two weeks to feel like it's back to normal. As long as you have i covered good, you should be able to wear shoes, but it will also likely be painful. Just be cautious and try it out.
