Please help - Which one to buy? Honda CB Twister or Yamaha SS125?

Question

I am planning to buy a new bike which is not more than 125cc. I only like Honda CB Twister and Yamaha SS125 and now I am confused which one to buy among these two. Please help me to choose one.
My top most priority is good performance both city and highway riding. It should have good pick up, acceleration and should reach 100kmph with ease. Other priorites are good handling & control, good comfort, good braking, good looks, refined and smooth engine. Mileage is not a very big issue, but still I need a mileage of atleast 55kmpl in long run.

If mileage is not high on your priority list,. and want ur bike to reach 100 kmph with ease,. u should rather try getting a 150 cc.  However,. twister does clock 100 kmph and the  engine is silky smooth. yamaha ss125 must be having better acceleration and top speed figures than a twister,. still,. twister is the best all round bike., u get superb value for money, and there isnt one thing that the twister lacks,

Twister Sucks!! Go for Yamaha if can afford the petrol prices as Mileage of Yamaha is not that Good. Also It need a lot of attention in service part.
