Cricket coaches can be different for TEST ,ODI and T20 formats for national sides ?

Cricket has changed a lot in its style, strategies, skills and standards from yester years. Professionalism is at its peak now coupled with more investment, infrastructure and interest in the game.Among professional coaches Specialists in different formats of the game exist, and why not nations choose different specialist coaches for different formats of the game?

Interesting idea. England currently has three captains for three formats. The logical extension of this would be to have three head coaches - though I'm not sure it would work in practice.

Coach is a very experienced crickter & he can manage all formats of the game,

as in the case of umpires.
