GTA IV inadvertent cheating.......?
Um........I was playing GTA IV, so, I was driving a Mr. Tasty and I got a jingle which was the opening theme, I dialled ZiT!, but the game instead cheated and gave me health and armour. I have no problem with blocked achievements, I play on a local account, on which achievements can't be achieved, but a new "cheats" section was made in my phone and it got entered into my stats. Why did this happen? I don't even know a single cheat - I was completing the game without cheats.

That's an alternative to the health cheat in GTA IV. That's a part of the game design. As long as you don't dial ZiT when the GTA IV theme jingle plays in the Mr. Tasty van, then you should be fine. Also, DON"T SAVE THAT GAME because it'll block some achievements.
