When I type keyword '.' (full stop) the screen shows a ','( comma). Why?

Thanks Jim, but ,problem in MS Excel only.In other MS word or Power point, no problem.

    if you get this in everything you type, your keyboard is shot. time to replace. seen it happen many times.
