How can I get Y/A to stop sharing my updates?
In my profile I have ticked the Dont Share option about updates. Still after every answer I get a notice that my answer has been posted in some yahoo site and it will be shared. Going back to Y/A profile I find my option is automatically changed to Share updates. Every time after changing to Dont share I had clicked OK. and verified it shows 'Your updates will not be shared outside Yahoo answers" How can I stop this automatic reversal?
Hey I think I have hit upon the solution! not sure, let me wait. In my Yahoo profile. I clicked manage my updates--the box was unchecked already. clicked on Show all yahoo settings. In all green star sites I changed option to no one. Scrolled to the very end of the page and clicked save. Immediately everything changed to No One ( for Sharing setting) Then again clicked save. Hopefully the problem is solved. Let me keep my fingers crossed!! Thanks everybody!
No use! Yahoo India answers alone rejects the change. I think it is a new policy. It started recently. Somebody tell me how to contact Yahoo answers team by Email, please. That is my last resort.

I think there is another way. Go to yahoo profile and click the option HIDE in that. I m not sure but I think it could help.
