Sudden popup that I have made the 5 billionth search on google and there will be gift. Now my computer can't do anything. How to fix?

For the gift I clicked and it never stops. They keep asking to click more and more and then fake antivirus loaded and now my laptop has been hijacked. How to fix

    That's the "gift" that you get for clicking on the link.

    You've downloaded a virus and/or some other kind of malware.

    First, update your antivirus software. Then run a full scan. It may be able to isolate and neutralize the offending program.

    If it can't, a visit to MyBleepingComputer.com may help. They saved me, years ago.
