What is more important for a batsman?
Technique or Reflexes.
Of course every batsman needs to have both.But which one gives him more success.
I will give some points in this respect which I hope you will agree.
1.Technique is acquired through practice.
2.Reflexes,is something that comes naturally or in-born,but can be sharpened through practice.

Reflexes are more vital.

Test cricket is about Technique, but in limited format, adaptability is more important, and reflexes will help.
But most cricketers strive on reflexes. A cricketer without technique may survive, but a player without reflexes is a goner. It reflex that helps a batsman negotiate the late moment of the ball.

Concentration - Dedication - Commitment and he must be cool to face any type of situations while batting on the ground.
