How do you press Navy Dress Blues? Do you press them inside out or right side out?
I know where all the seams go...3 on the flap and one down the back and front of the shirt and on the sides of the pants. I'm just not sure if I press them right side out like utilities or inside out like dress whites. Thanks!

You press them inside out.There is no crease on the front of your pants. They are pressed flat, inside out and you will end up with a crease on the sides, inside out.
