Well, for BRC, the change of captain was not really the matter of if but when. Dravid was not inspiring at all - he is simply not made for T20 slog.

So good decision to change captain to an awesome batsman Kevin Pietersen.

For KKR, really bad decision - Ganguly is way more experienced and has tasted success a lot more times than McCullum. Mccullum is a good slogger, but I really doubt his captaincy, especially on the international arena.

Replacement of Ganguly, Dravid and Laxman as captain of the respective teams should only be seen as their inability to win the confidence of the owners and coaches. None of them performed well as a captain in the previous season!!

Nothing wrong if the sponsor feels somebody else can do better as captain.

But this should be done in a smooth way by sitting together.The leaving captains should also see the reason instead of treating it as their right.

Dravid's, I can understand, but Dada is a different matter; he's one of the best tacticians i have seen, but then it's up to SRK; he must have his reasons.
