In a relationship with some1 special, in case of conflict of mind and heart on an issue, which should prevail?
In the situation, what is the justification if you have to exercise this option AND what would be the reaction if you are at the receiving end due to exercise of the option by your someone special?

I being a woman, I would choose my mind and not the heart because, based on my experience, heart is often wrong, and provides more hurt later. To be honest, if I will be in the receiving end, I would probably get angry and cajole short of intimidating my partner into seeing it my way, regardless whether I am correct or not, though I do not experience this anymore (being in the receiving end) as I always use my mind more, however painful the consequences are... This came naturally for me and maybe because of lessons learned from past experiences and of course emotional maturity.
