Which ipod should I buy?

Here's the deal:
I lost my 30GB iPod last week, and I'd like to invest in a new one.
Should I go for the 80BG classic or should I save up another $50 and go for the iTouch that has 8GB?
I somewhat listen to a lot of music, but I'd like the capabilities an iTouch has. I don't know which one would be better in the long run.

if your looking for a lot of storage space for music i say deff go with the 80 GB classic, although ive never heard of ANYONE filling up that much space with only music. 

I have the touch. i like it a lot the only thing is i wish i had more space for my music. if you filled more than 8 GB on your last ipod then i deff suggest going with the classic.

something to consider:

a compromise for a 16 GB iPod Touch gives you more space AND you can play with the impressive features that the classic doesnt have.

it depends. if you have a lot of videos and music you should go with a classic. if you like to do the internet a lot, get a touch. ipod touch holds a lot of songs but the videos can get in the way of memory.
