Should I get layers?
I plan on getting curly hair at my haircut next Saturday. Should I get layers? Short or long? For that matter, should I get layered bangs? I don't want it to be too flippy on the ends. I'd appreciate any answer I get. Pictures of examples would be great too.
Well normally I roll my hair with 2-3 inch width rollers. That's how curly it will be.
My hair is about 5 inches past my shoulders when I roll it.
What would look best for this look?

layers are wonderful... its a good way to make sure all your split ends are cut off... you can feather and tease your hair... and its wonderful if you dying you hair... you can have peek-a-boo colors... one layer one color ... another layer another color... its fab

sounds like a 80's dooo. If your keeping your hair long, layers may be ok but if short....eeek!! Just don't get a tight perm....in fact, I would just avoid the curly thing all together.

Layers will make your hair look thicker, a good thing if your hair is quite thin or fine.

it depends on how curly your going to get your hair.
id suggest layers on wavy to staight hair
if yur getting it perm curly then layers would just make it look afro-huge

I don't know what you look like, so I can't tell you long or short, but layers make anybody look better!

ok shoulder lenght and layers but bangs are at the bottom tip of your eye bc that is style

layers are so prty i think you should!!! cause if u dont, and your hair is just straight cut it just looks to plain.
