Is there any method to extract Email address from Inbox and received messages and transfer to Excel?

Additionally ,Does outlook provide auto insertion of Email address from From column of message to its Address book?

i dont think it is possible with excel but u can do it with ms outlook

While in Inbox, choose File/Export and then export to Excel file.  When opening in Excel, it will give you columns which you can then retrieve & reformat your column information.
